Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be in their original undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in its original undamaged packaging and fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will replace the item or refund the cost of the item to you and the delivery charges incurred. We will also pay the postage for you to return the item/s to us. Please call 0845 450 8446 to arrange the return.

All refunds will be credited no later than 14 working days after we have received the returned goods.

Returns

When returning goods, please ensure that you include your name and order number so we can arrange for a replacement or credit the correct person.

Cancellation of Order

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched there will be no charge.

If you cancel your order after dispatch and return the item/s to us within 7 days of receiving it/them we will refund you the cost of the item/s you have ordered provided they are returned in their original undamaged packaging and are in a resalable condition; postage and delivery will still be charged for.

Delivery of Goods

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after the order is placed.
Please allow 21 days for delivery of goods.
